EU AI ACT

AI in Organizarion By Centralink

Most EU companies are not ready for the EU AI Act.
And the clock is already ticking.

In 2025, Deloitte reports that over 60 percent of European firms still use AI without a clear risk classification or governance model [1]. McKinsey shows that AI related regulatory risk is now a top five concern for board members in Europe [2]. PwC warns that fines and forced system shutdowns under the EU AI Act can directly impact revenue and trust [3].

This is not theory anymore. It is operational risk.

The EU AI Act forces companies to answer simple but hard questions:

-What AI systems do you use?

-Which ones are low, high, or unacceptable risk?

-Who is accountable when something goes wrong?

Recent academic studies confirm this pressure. Research from 2024 shows that firms without formal AI governance face higher legal exposure and slower AI adoption over time [4][5]. In other words, ignoring the Act does not protect innovation. It blocks it.

For SMEs, this matters even more. Many SMEs use AI via vendors, cloud tools, or embedded software. You are still responsible.

>If you act now, you win:

Clear AI risk mapping

Safer and faster AI use

Trust from clients and regulators

>If you wait,
You risk fines, audits, and last-minute panic.

At Centralink, we help organizations translate the EU AI Act into clear actions. No legal overload. No vague advice. Just practical steps that work in real businesses.
