Sales & Marketing intern
Overview
Centralink is growing fast — and we’re looking for motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to help us find new clients for our corporate training and workshop services.
We’re looking for a proactive and creative intern who enjoys finding new business opportunities and helping us reach more organizations. You’ll help us connect with decision‑makers, share our services, and support our marketing campaigns. This role is hands‑on—you’ll learn real sales and marketing skills while directly contributing to our growth.
Specific Skills

Communication: Clear and professional writing and speaking in English

Networking: Comfortable reaching out to people on LinkedIn and email

Marketing Basics: Understanding of social media, outreach, or campaign support

Research: Ability to find and organize information about companies and contacts

Additional Requirements

Availability for at least 4-10 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn about corporate training and consulting services

Based in the Netherlands or familiar with the Dutch/European market

Salary
- Contract signed: 7% commission on every contract you finalized (no cap).
- Meeting(s) arranged: €35 for every qualified meeting you arrange (even if it doesn’t end in a contract).
