The message is clear: widespread adoption is happening\u2014but enterprise-level impact remains the exception rather than the rule.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3072\" data-end=\"3165\">Crucially, organizations seeing the greatest value from AI do <strong data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3150\">three things<\/strong> differently:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3166\" data-end=\"3471\">\n<li data-start=\"3166\" data-end=\"3238\">\n<p data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3238\">They set <strong data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3203\">growth and innovation<\/strong> objectives, not just efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3239\" data-end=\"3328\">\n<p data-start=\"3242\" data-end=\"3328\">They <strong data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3269\">redesign workflows<\/strong> to embed AI in how work is done, rather than bolt it on.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3471\">\n<p data-start=\"3332\" data-end=\"3471\">Their senior leadership <strong data-start=\"3356\" data-end=\"3378\">owns and champions<\/strong> the AI agenda governance, human validation, talent and technology are consciously addressed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3610\">The report also highlights important dimensions for Dutch and Benelux organisations (and consulting firms like us) to pay attention to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"4309\">\n<li data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"3772\">\n<p data-start=\"3613\" data-end=\"3772\">Experimentation is widespread, but scaling remains uneven.
