In the Netherlands, EY reports <strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"727\">42%<\/strong> of employees fear job loss due to AI, and only <strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"782\">24%<\/strong> are satisfied with employer AI training. That is a trust problem, not a tech problem.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1114\">AI policies fail, mostly because they are vague, too strict, or impossible to find. A policy that works is practical and visible.
