Real tools, design logs, model cards, audits. Not vague ethics slides.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt;Also, I have noticed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Too many organizations still practice symbolic governance.<br \/>\nThey talk about ethics, but do not embed it into the AI artifacts themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The real question is no longer \u201cIs this AI ethical?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The real question is:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Who is accountable for this AI artifact at this stage, today?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This becomes even more important now with the EU AI Act.<br \/>\nThe EU AI Act will require traceability, ownership, and proof.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>Centralink<\/strong>, we help organizations move from talk to structure.
